Has anyone else noticed all the irritating psp ads on their tagboards recently? I have no idea how to get rid of them. Any suggestions?
Today is the last day of 2008! And i'm going to spend most of it playing co-op halo 3 campaign with andrew at sugi's house. What a wonderful way to usher in the new year.
I'm going to make a post at exactly 23.59.60pm tonight if i can. The chance won't come again soon.

Well i've finally managed to add in a little bit of code that separates post made in the same day. How convenient.
I've also developed a strange affinity for candy canes, though i cannot see how this and the previous sentence are connected.

Its close to the end of year 2008 now, and its time to set some new goals.
I want to get an Ibanez RG350DX (not printed on a shirt) and a nice amp to match by the end of 2009.
I want to ace my Chinese O levels!!
I want to get a 3.6 GPA.
I want to enter the YOG2010 for shooting (fat hope tho)
I want to do a job in the holidays after i turn 16.
I want to get back in the school shooting team and shoot my last b div Nationals.

Today i went for my first lesson of chinese tuition at this random new tuition centre. Its at yio chu kang cc.
Guess who i saw there? Shang Hsuen. So we sat at the back of the classroom, doodled on all our handouts and paused only to copy down occasional notes.
Shang hsuen is not very good in chinese.
shang hsuen: hey russell, how to write 思想? me: ....
When we were doing some hard comprehension, he spent quite a while bashing the author in one of his answers that took up about 6 or 7 lines.
Chinese tuition is going to be more interesting with him around.

Merry Christmas!!!
I woke up incredibly earliy today: 8am. Considering i usually sleep till 11. OH well. For the first time in many years i went out for breakfast with my family on christmas morning.
Then i came home to spend this beautiful morning camping infront of a computer typing away and staring straight into my monitor as it slowly burns a hole into my forehead.
I asked for a Ibanex RG350DX for christmas. Guess what i got.
A shirt with an Ibanez RG350DX printed on it. Santa has a dry sense of humour. But still it looks pretty good.
TG has yet to pass me his gift of alchoholic chocolates.
And finally i can never stop laughing whenever i hear this song. Enjoy.

The end of the year is coming and its time to thank some of the people in my life. Though thats technically reserved for thanksgiving, but i dont celebrate that.
First to mom and dad. Thank you. For many things i will not be able to list here. Otherwise this post would be so infintely long no-one will bother reading to the end.
Next person, thank you for being with me this entire year. I never really got to know you in primary school and sec1 and 2 cos we were in different classes, so this year was particularly enjoyable for me. Thanks for all the gloves and eclipses.
And to this person. I only got to know you properly this year and you pretty much became a large part of my life. Thanks for being so random with me and entertaining me on msn when both of us were bored. And for winning my knife with your chopsticks.
To the next person, I've known you for quite a while now and this year just showed me how totally random you were. Keep it up and you might join my level. Thanks for all the great times.

Held the 3H class chalet on monday. I didnt bring my camera and didnt charge my phone so i didnt take any pictures (sadly).
I met aaron at amk hub around 1230 and we went to mish's house to pick her up.
Yes, mish crashed the 3H class chalet for no apparent reason. Until now i still cannot figure out if it was lock leong, aaron or mish's idea to do so but i was not in favour of it.
So either way eventually we arrived at the tanah merah exit waaaay too early and aaron and i spent one hour climbing hills/spamming psp/getting hit by mish while waiting for the rest of the people to arrive. They all seemed rather uncomfortable around her presence. I can imagine.
So then we met ewan at the chalet, which was stowed away at some wierd corner of the entire compound. I spent most of the next few hours outside the chalet itself so i have no idea what went on inside, apart from 10+ people milling around a monopoly board.
Shek, welras and i went to play pool. I owned shek in pool in australia but somehow i got totally pwned that day. Must be the climate. There was also some wierd gambling game at the arcade where you put in a token and hopefully it pushes more tokens out of a slot. Ben and shek both got addicted to this game and spent quite a lot of cash on it, winning nothing.
We started the bbq quite late. And epic failed, since we all undercooked the chicken which gave me indigestion. Then in the nighttime suddenly a whole lot of unfamiliar people came. I decided to be antisocial and camped in an upstairs room to play gta. Then a bunch of extremely violent and foul-mouthed 120year olds came in and joined me on ewan's psp and kicked my ass upside down in gta. I'm still trying to get over the shock.
Most of the night was spent playing on ian's ps1 cos SOMEBODY didnt bring his xbox360 so we could play halo. Oh and viciously assualting people as they try to sleep is fun.

I am rather happy today cos my main comp has finally stopped lagging long enough for me to post a coherent entry. So i shall talk about the bioRA australia trip.
The plane trip there left at 1am in the morning. And it was delayed by more than half an hour. So we pretty much arrived in australia half asleep and ready to start the day.
BioRA dudes went to King's Park botanic gardens to look around at plants and dress up in funny plant and animal costumes. Whee. Not much to talk about here, apart from the fact that their food at the snack shop tastes so bland and dry we used it to feed the pigeons instead, clearly ignoring the "Do not feed the birds" signs.
A cute little magpie which so kindly allowed me to take a picture of it.
Then was lunch at the university cafeteria which completely scammed us of our money. Did you know that in australia water is more expensive than coke?
After that was a trip to some wierd place in the botanic gardens where they deep-freeze seeds of rare plant species so they can be respawned if the species goes extinct. I almost fell asleep there, partly because it wasn't very entertaining and partly because i didnt sleep on the flight.
We went to climb a clock tower in the evening with the geogra and historyRa people in the evening. The top of the tower was encrusted in bird poop. But the view is really good from up there.
I can't remember much, but after that we returned to the university hostel (where we would be staying for the remainder of the trip), played pool for 2 hours (thrashing shek, adil, and dom in pool is fun) then played bridge in shawn tan's room before going to sleep at midnight. Whee.
Next day was fun. We went sandboarding in a moving sand dune. t looks a lot like a desert, so you'd expect it to be really hot and dry, but the weather was really cold and the sand was surprising cold and wet. We went on some bus/assault truck vehicle thing which took us up, across, over and through some of the smaller dunes. Wicked fun. Sandboarding is very fun too, except when you fall off and tumble down the dune getting sand in your pants and underwear. I have a video of shek tumbling down the dune which i shall post at a later date.
Geez. I'm really bored and lazy. I shall finish the australia trip post some other time.

Recently there has been much hype about this girl known as zhixin on my tagboard. Now comes the time to reveal who she is.
She is a superhero who can shoot laserbeams from her eyes and terrorised me until my mind became as frayed as it is today.
She also studied with me in primary 3 before i came to rosyth. So only yunfei, who happened to be in primary 3 with as well, would know who she is too. Go ask him instead.
I have not been updating my blog because my main comp has died and all my photos and stuff are on it. So i'm using my father's laptop until my main comp finally decides to be less anal and miraculously repair itself. Should take a while.
