Today i have lost nearly all my respect for niuyi.

She threw me out of class when i told ewan to keep his mp3 player, simply because i spoke in english.

She threw aaron out of class when lockleong WALKED HALFWAY AROUND THE CLASS to tell him a joke, simply because he laughed out loud.

Then when we stood together outside class, she came out and lectured us on how we have no respect for her as a teacher and assigned us a 500 word apology essay if we still want her to give a damn about our chinese grades.

If i do the essay it would mean i accept her unreasonable way of dealing with class issues.

If i don't do the essay i risk flunking chinese this year.

Should i do the essay?

Yay i am a facilitator for the June Science Camp!

A bunch of innocent dumb students who are interested in science will be coming to ri in the june holidays for a stay-over camp. I've seen the proposed itinery and its very random. We'll be sleeping in St John's island for a paranormal investigation thingy.

Somehow daniel tay got selected to be a facilitator too. Daniel is one of the most nerdy people i know, and not cool fun nerdy (like me), but mug-physics-all-day-long nerdy.

In other news, pretty much the only thing i like about IMRE is their coffee.

Well, i've finally succumbed to peer pressure.

I'VE JOINED FACEBOOK.

I know i'm going to regret this decision.

Today siak peng was teaching us about rate law and graphs. And he was being damn epic today.

Then he was looking around for his access tag, the one needed to enter the staff room. He stared at daniel and mefor a while and then remembered he left it in his back pocket.

So we spent the whole of chem lesson making fun of him as usual.

IMRE safety test was a great laugh.

One of the questions was about the safety hotline to call in case of an accident. This number is so important that it is written near the door of almost every single room of IMRE.

Including the lecture theatre i took the test in.

SO i chose the seat right next to the door. XD

I'm not exactly very well prepared for tomorrow's maths ta, even though i have so much confidence in my trigo. Sad.

I'm ponning school on wednesday for my IMRE safety test, meaning I pon ss, chinese x2 and english. Which conveniently means i won't be taking my ss sbq test or doing my english speech this week.

My mom has been lecturing me about psychologists.

Personally i do not trust any adult psychologist who speaks about teenagers.

Certain areas of the brain, including the areas responsible for decision making, only fully develop at the age of 22. Hence teenagers and adults will make significantly different decisions in similar situations, and it is physically impossible for an adult to think exactly like a teenager.

And since most psychologists are adults, it is also impossible for any psychologist to completely understand a teenager's mind.

The common rebuttal would be "adults were teenagers before; they have gone through what you are going through now and understand it"

Wrong. Keyword is WERE.

An adult's assessment of an experience in his teenage years will be significantly different from his assessment of the same event when he was a teenager.

For example, teenager A makes a homemade bomb and ignites it. teenager A eventually grows up and becomes adult A.

Teenager A: That was wicked badass awesomez!!!!
Adult A: That was enjoyable, but rash and dangerous.

So i do not trust any psychologist's analysis of today's youths, simply because he isn't one of today's youths.

Well this holiday has been quite fun.

Monday was the P5 chinese cultural camp.
Tuesday i went back to school to finish up the experiment with aaron and play halo 3 at his place.
Wednesday and thursday was just generic mugging and doing bio chaos.
Today i went to watch Mall Cop with andrew.

Mall cop is so hilarious and gives me some sort of new respect for shopping mall security guards. Funny how i never seem to see a single security guard at AMK Hub.

Doing bio chaos is infinitely fun. I think Dr Lee is going to have a VERY different impression of me after he sees my draft.

On monday evening, a bunch of dumb smart people got together for a discussion about sex.

Ben Mak says sex is like a sinusoidal curve.





But Nick quah disagrees. Nick quah says sex is more like a tangent curve.






However i completely disagree with both of them. I believe sex is more like the voltage/time graph of an action potential in a neuron.





Go figure.

Hooray for P5 chinese cultural camp.

HLS asked for volunteers for the chinese cultural camp, so me, aaron, chev, kieng wee, nick quah, mish, jane, chewlin and karen went to rosyth on monday.

Most of my time was spent either filming, setting a bad example or playing cards/psp/learning some wierd bottle slamming game from nick quah. We also played guitar into the microphone, making it reverb around the hall and canteen.

I didnt really like the kids there, cos they wasted a lot of food, made a lot of noise and are horribly spoilt. Some kid also lost his handphone. Why the hell is a P5 boy carrying around a handphone, and to a camp?

The others also forced me to sing Tong Hua to the whole hall packed full of little kids, and they are convinced that i sing like a girl. On the other hand, when mish and some p5 BOY sang Peng You, you can distinctly hear the boy singing 2 octaves higher than the music track, but you CANNOT HEAR MISH AT ALL because she sang exactly on pitch.

And i accidently hit mish in the eye with a rubber band. I meant to hit her somewhere else but i missed. 3 and a half years of shooting training well wasted.

I witnessed a fight on saturday.

I was on my way home fom guitar lesson. There was this orange shirted guy walking down the road minding his own business when suddenly a bunch of people attired in black just appeared out of nowhere, pushed the orange guy on the ground and started eating and kicking the crap out of him.

And he was just lying on the ground curled up, covering his head with his arms and getting kicked and beaten.

And i was just standing there 5 meters away doing absolutely nothing. I feel like an asshole. I could have called the police or taken a video or something, but i just stood there and watched.

Luckily some uncle shouted at them and they dispersed, but the orange shirted guy was still lying on the ground covering his head.

I left and went home quickly. I still feel so guilty of not doing anything.

Right now i am in the project corner with my laptop. The only reason why its with me is because i was supposed to go to imre today, but our wonderful smp coordinator apparently did not know of it and refused to let us pon lessons.

This new smp coordinator sucks. I think siak peng was a lot more organised.

Dr Chionh pronounces "he/she" as "he stroke she" which sounds so wrong.

Daniel has created a facebook account in my name and posted the password on my tagboard for the whole world to see. I have deactivated this account and removed the tagboard post that contains my password.

I do not find this funny at all. I have told everyone time and time again that i do not wish to use facebook because i have a great dislike for social networking sites.

Posting my password online gives everyone access to my account and would put me in many difficult situations. Not to mention identity theft.

Also, if anyone was smart enough to read the post about hackers on facebook, my personal information would have been effectively given to anyone who cared to access this account.

Worse still, some people seem to think is is highly amusing.

I am taking this matter up with Mr Law on monday. Then we shall see how amusing this is.

Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson went on a camping trip. They spent a pleasant day walking in the foothills of the Austrian Alps, and when it got dark, they pitched their tent in a sheltered spot. Dining well on rabbit stew and a bottle of red wine, they both fell asleep well before midnight.

Holmes woke a few hours later in the small hours of the morning, grunted and nudged his sleeping companion.

"Watson," he said, "quickly, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."

Watson struggled awake."I see stars, Holmes." he replied, "Untold numbers of stars."

"And what does that tell you, Watson?" asked Holmes.

It tells me that there are uncounted stars and galaxies and perhaps thousands of planets. I would guess that the odds are very much against the theory that we are alone in the galaxy. I didn't make it into the school team

Which means i don't really have to train that hardcore anymore and now have more time to mug and do random stuff. Yay.

I hate going to imre. Travelling itself is a big enough waste of time. Not to mention i don't understand half the things going on there.

Next monday has a whole plethora of tests. MUST MUG.

I still have not succumbed to the peer pressure about facebook.

I just downloaded the dark knight soundtrack, and i'm greatly disappointed. Even with all my audio enhancements at full blast the music is still so darn soft.

Went back to school today and nothing really fun happened, apart from the horrible discovery that both daniel AND siak peng use facebook.

Tomorrow monday holds a whole lot of tests. Time to start mugging.

Yet another reason for me not to use facebook.


Today's training workshop at imre was highly amusing.

We were talking about how liquid nitrogen releases a lot of clouds.

"All the clouds make you feel like you're in heaven. If you spend enough time in your nitrogen heaven you will actually go to the real heaven. Due to suffocation."

And the intructor kept making comments about sweating/coughing like a fish. Last time I checked, fish neither sweated nor coughed. Though i must say its a litle hard to check if a fish is sweating.

During lunch break Yiyan forgot to bring his access card to give to the security guard, and hence attempted a daring escape to run out of IMRE. But he got caught and was scolded by the security guard while me and daniel laughed at him.

And daniel is afraid of jumping off heights taller than 2 meters.


Today is the last day i can pon school. Altogether i have ponned 6 days of school. I hope i can finish all that homework in time.

Everyone i know has joined facebook except me and mish. I must push on.

Yay my dad is back from the US. And so is my laptop. YAY!

And now i am the proud owner of a pair of fingerless training gloves and the big bang theory season 1 dvd.

I have also cut my hair after letting it grow out ridiculously long for the past 3 months.

And i am not going to school on monday and tuesday. Which makes a grand total of 6 almost consecutive days of school ponned.

What new developments lie ahead?
