Today's physics lesson was damn cool.
We were investigating the resistivity of certain materials, like metal strips, lightbulbs and THERMISTORS. I was working with the thermistor but somehow couldn't get it to work even with current at full power. So i went to ask mr chan about it, conveniently forgetting to turn off my circuit.
Mr chan came over but before i could ask my question...
Mr chan: I smell something bad.
Then we looked at my table and saw my thermistor had caught fire. LOL. After we disconnected the circuit and turned on all the ventilators (thermistor smoke smells NASTY) he told the class:
"Please don't fry anymore components"
But nyugen already blew up 4 lightbulbs, so that was completely useless anyway.
My PR1 came back today and the only thing i can be proud of is my bio marks. I need to work harder for physics, ss and chinese.
I just finished mugging for chem test, and i think i learnt more in this 2 hours of mugging than in 10 hours of siak peng's lessons
